Bruce P. Phibbs was named executive vice president of Linc Network, LLC in May 2008. For the past 18 years, he has ascended through various sales and management positions for some of the leading HVAC organizations in the industry. Phibbs began his Linc career in 1998 as an area vice president, supplying executive-level counsel and direction to franchise locations. He consistently helped them to incorporate the Linc System into their service businesses to meet, and exceed, growth and operating plans. Phibbs was named senior area vice president in 2001, overseeing five area vice presidents in the delivery of consulting services to more than 100 independently owned and operated franchise locations, as well as 11 company-owned stores (COS). In addition to continuous consulting with numerous franchise locations, he provided ongoing classroom instruction for training attendees at the Linc World Learning Center (LWLC). In December 2004 he was named senior vice president, shifting his focus primarily to the growth and development of Linc’s company-owned stores. Prior to joining
Linc, Phibbs spent six years with the Home & Building Control
division of Honeywell in Memphis, Tennessee. There he rose to a
district general manager position where he was responsible for the
day-to-day operations of a $24,000,000 P&L with more than 100
employees in Tennessee, Arkansas, and Northern Mississippi. Phibbs
earned a bachelor’s degree in speech communications from the
University of Southern Illinois. |
