is Linc Service?
Linc Service is the contractual, preventive HVAC maintenance that
Linc Service Contractors provide to owners of commercial, industrial,
institutional, and other non-residential buildings. Linc Service
extends the life of large heating and cooling systems and reduces
the owning and operating costs (energy bills) for the building owner.
What

owned mechanical contractors throughout the United States, Canada,
Mexico, and Bermuda who follow the disciplines of the Linc System.
These companies – aka, franchise locations – are known
as Linc Service Contractors.

What
types of jobs/positions are you looking to fill?
While it helps to have relevant success in sales, management, operations,
and technical fields – even if it is outside the HVAC service
industry – career positions within our Network are available
for individuals who are technically inclined, as well as professionals
who have minimal technical experience. We place qualified professionals
in numerous positions throughout our Network, namely:
• Business
Systems Manager (Accounting)
• Dispatcher
• General Manager
• Maintenance Sales Representative
• Project Sales Representative
• Sales Manager
• Service Manager
• Service Technician
Do
you handle hiring for all of the franchises?
We handle placing candidates in those positions for which our franchise
locations request assistance. Many of our franchise locations do
choose to fill open positions independently, and those positions
can be found on the contractor’s independent Web site.
Our Staffing
Services department is ready, willing, and able to handle any and
all employment needs that arise from our franchise locations. Many
of our franchise locations have taken advantage of these services,
and we’re constantly looking to expand our offerings to facilitate
hiring processes for everyone in our Network.
Do
I work for Linc Network, LLC or the Linc Service Contractor?
Career opportunities are available mostly within our network of
Linc Service Contractors. If placed in one of these positions, you
would be working for an independently owned organization. However,
positions in consulting, human resources, accounting, graphics,
etc., do become available within Linc Network, LLC periodically.
Is
training involved with these positions?
Yes.
Ongoing training begins with some initial instruction for your position
at one of two Linc World Learning Centers in either Atlanta or Pittsburgh.
Your employer will determine which future trainings you will attend.
Prior to formal, classroom training, completion of a brief, pre-class
curriculum is required. Also, continuing education and regional
trainings are offered throughout the year at various locations.
How
is one compensated?
Typically, most positions are salary-based, with hourly rates for
technical field positions. However, compensation does differ by
location and is controlled by each franchise. In many cases, incentive
programs apply to sales and management positions.
