ABM (NYSE:ABM), a leading provider of facility solutions, announced that Emerald Aire Inc. has signed an agreement to join its Linc Service franchise network. Emerald Aire Inc. is a leading full-service provider of mechanical contracting in the Seattle, Washington market. Linc Service is a franchise brand of ABM Franchising Group, LLC, a subsidiary of ABM.

Since 1985, Emerald Aire Inc. has been a full-service mechanical service provider to both the public and private sectors, specializing in variable refrigerant flow heat pump systems. The company provides solutions for a variety of markets, including mixed-use facilities, retirement homes, commercial offices, retail and restaurants, and medical offices.
Emerald Aire Inc. began by focusing on HVAC service, maintenance, refrigeration and gas piping. The company continued to grow and expand its offerings to include sheet metal fabrication, controls, and planned maintenance in the commercial and residential markets.
Emerald Aire Inc. has traditionally focused on construction projects, but after joining the Linc Service network, the company looks forward to expanding its offerings to provide preventive maintenance solutions. Emerald Aire Inc. currently employs 160 people and plans to train its construction technicians to also be able to provide preventive maintenance solutions. Emerald Aire will benefit from access to over 150 online educational courses and onsite training opportunities that are exclusively available to Linc Service franchises.
For the last two years, Emerald Aire Inc. has been recognized as a Mitsubishi Electric Cooling and Heating Diamond Commercial Contractor. Emerald Aire Inc. was named the 2009 City of Auburn Company of the Year, and in 2016, won the ASHRAE Advancement in Technology Award for the Northwestern Region.
