QuesTec Mechanical's Louisville, Kentucky Location Receives
ABM Franchising Group's Highest Honor
QuesTec, LLC., a leading provider of HVAC solutions with locations in Kentucky, Missouri, Nebraska, and Arkansas, has been named Linc Service’s 2019 Contractor of the Year. Linc Service is a franchise brand of ABM Franchising Group, LLC, which is a subsidiary of ABM Industries Incorporated.
The 2019 Contractor of the Year award was presented to QuesTec’s Louisville, Kentucky location during ABM Franchising Group’s 2020 Continuing Education Conference in January. ABM Franchising Group presents the award annually to the Linc Service contractor who demonstrates the most outstanding organizational performance in the categories of activity growth, sales performance, gross and operating profit, maintenance base growth and implementation of the Linc Service system. There are over 150 Linc Service franchises globally, with only one receiving the award each year.
QuesTec became a Linc Service franchise in 2012. The company currently operates out of Columbia and St. Louis, Missouri; Omaha and Lincoln, Nebraska; Fayetteville, Arkansas; and Lexington and Louisville, Kentucky.

QuesTec Mechanical was founded in 1996 by Scott Boyd, President of QuesTec. The company began by seeking to build a mechanical contracting company that could compete in the Central Missouri market. Today, QuesTec serves seven markets across four states. Their staff consists of licensed professional craftsmen, engineers, project managers, construction estimators, HVAC service technicians and VDC designers. They have a prefabrication shop and warehouse services that continue to fuel efficient quality work and growth for the benefit of all of their employees.
