ABM (NYSE:ABM), a leading provider of integrated facility solutions, announced that its subsidiary Linc Network, LLC has signed a franchise agreement with Otis Air Conditioning Ltd., a heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVACR) service provider based out of George Town, Grand Cayman. Otis Air Conditioning is the network’s first contractor located in the Western Caribbean.

As a franchise of Linc Network, Otis Air Conditioning will be joining ABM Franchising Group, a portfolio of franchise networks that deliver a wide range of mechanical and electrical service and preventive maintenance solutions to commercial, industrial, and residential buildings. The franchising group consists of four franchise brands, Linc Service, GreenHomes America, TEGG, and CurrentSAFE. Otis Air Conditioning will be a part of ABM’s Linc Service® network, specializing in meeting the mechanical service needs of clients across multiple markets - from commercial office buildings, educational institutions, and municipalities to hospitals, data centers, and industrial facilities.
