ABM (NYSE:ABM), a leading provider of integrated facility solutions, announced that its subsidiary Linc Network, LLC has signed a franchise agreement with RivCo Mechanical Services, a premiere building automation, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) service provider in Riverside County, California. RivCo Mechanical Services adds to ABM’s already existing presence in Southern California.
In July 2012, RivCo Mechanical Services purchased Kennedy Brothers Air Conditioning, an HVAC service provider for Coachella Valley since 1969. For over 40 years, Kennedy Brothers Air Conditioning has earned a strong reputation for delivering high quality work and exceptional customer service to residential clients, and newly formed RivCo Mechanical Services will specialize in comprehensive preventive maintenance solutions for industrial and commercial clients in the Riverside County area.
RivCo Mechanical Services will be managed by Marvin Scott, Michael Zajac, and Mitch Zajac. Mitch Zajac is well-versed in Linc’s proven process as he owns another franchise, Mikkelsen-Coward, located in Winnipeg, MB, Canada and a franchise of Linc Network, LLC since 2000. Marvin Scott has over 30 years in the HVAC business and has been associated with Linc Network for the past 18 years as an accomplished sales professional.

RivCo Mechanical Services will utilize Linc Network, LLC’s business model to provide exceptional HVAC service to their clients.
