2022 Continuing Education Brings Contractors Together Towards Tomorrow

ABM Franchising Group held its annual Continuing Education Conference February 22-25. The 4-day virtual event brought together Linc Service, TEGG Service, and ABM Franchising Group employees to share educational content and celebrate the achievements of 2021. 

The 2022 theme Together Towards Tomorrow highlights how facility services are vital to keeping the workplaces and commercial spaces we share safe and healthy. Linc Service and TEGG contractors are leaders in their communities, helping businesses as they adapt to new ways of working, while keeping facility assets and operations cost-effective. 

ABM Franchising Group hosts Continuing Education annually to provide educational and networking opportunities for franchises across the Linc Service and TEGG networks. 2022’s Signature Sponsor was Carrier Enterprise National Accounts. Gold Sponsors Armstrong Fluid Technology, Convex, Emerson, Raiven, and Sunbelt Rentals were also featured in the Virtual Exhibit Hall.

The keynote speech was delivered by Mark Matteson, a best-selling author, consultant, and motivational speaker whose own career started in HVAC maintenance with a Linc Service franchise. Educational sessions covered topics important to sales, operations, management, and technical professionals, and included sessions with safety experts and sought-after sales coaches.

In an awards presentation on the final day of the conference, Mechanical Systems Company, LLC, was named the Linc Service Contractor of the Year, and adi Electrical Limited, headquartered in Birmingham, UK, was named TEGG Contractor of the Year. 

The Contractor of the Year Award is presented annually by ABM Franchising Group to the most outstanding Linc Service contractor. Criteria for achieving the award is based on, but not limited to, implementation of the Linc Service system and overall sales activity and performance.
