ABM Franchising Group held their annual Principals Meeting and All-Star Diamond Event for the first time at the historic Arizona Biltmore. Attendees included more than 60 franchise owners from U.S. and international locations, along with top sales performers and Employee of the Year award winners.
Celebrating the achievements of 110 diamond award winners, plus Linc Service and TEGG Employee of the Year award winners, the All-Star Diamond Event included the Awards Banquet and Celebration, as well as optional special outings: a Cattle Drive, a Pink Jeep® tour of Sedona and Red Rocks, and a food tour through Old Town Scottsdale.
The Principals Meeting including team building and giving back activities, as well as informative education sessions. The giving back activity benefited Ronald McDonald House Charities. The information sessions included keynote sessions by workplace culture expert Susan Salgado, returning after her much-lauded sessions at the 2023 Continuing Education Conference. The Awards Celebration featured comedian Andrew Norelli.
