Joined by Linc Service and TEGG contractors for the 2025 Continuing Education Conference, Anthony Mechanical San Angelo was awarded the 2024 Linc Service Contractor of Year.
Founded over 100 years ago, Anthony Mechanical has been a Linc Service contractor since 1982. Hailed from the awards stage as a family-owned company that has built an exceptional reputation for trust and craftsmanship for generations, the award was accepted for Anthony Mechanical San Angelo by Principal Matthew Anthony.
“This has been a truly monumental year for our company,” said Matthew Anthony, in his remarks accepting the award. “There are truly three things that led to our successes. Number one, is the fundamental process. We’ve truly focused on maintenance sales. Number two, was the way we followed the process, and number three is our people.” Anthony went on to call out the excellence of the team on stage with him, including General Manager Wyatt Carrell, Service Manager Mike Limon, and Accounting Manager Kari Caldwell. Anthony also called out the maintenance sales excellence of Steve Price, winning his fourth Diamond Award, and Kevin Pepper, achieving Gold, which would be recognized again at the Awards Gala on Saturday night.
Earlier that evening, Larry Brown of Anthony Mechanical’s Midland Services office also won the 2024 Service Manager of the Year, his 5th time earning the award, continuing a ten-year streak of Service Manager of the Year wins for Anthony Mechanical overall.
The Linc Service Contractor of the Year Award is presented annually by ABM Franchising Group to the most outstanding Linc Service contractor. Criteria for achieving the award is based on, but not limited to, implementation of the Linc Service system and overall sales activity and performance. This is Anthony Mechanical’s third win, with their Midland, Texas location winning the 2018 award, and Lubbock, Texas offices winning in 1996.
