VASEY Commercial Facility Solutions completed a helicopter-assisted replacement of nine rooftop HVAC units at Indiana Automotive Fasteners in Greenfield, Indiana, during a single summer weekend.
With several units weighing approximately 6,000 pounds, the project required precise coordination among rooftop crews, ground teams and the helicopter operator. VASEY’s 16-person team removed existing equipment, installed replacements, and tested the systems in a disciplined coordination of effort across two weekend days.
Project Manager Sam Anderson helped lead the effort, demonstrating the planning, technical skill and field coordination that VASEY and
Linc Service franchise businesses bring to complex industrial HVAC projects.
