ABM (NYSE:ABM), a leading provider of integrated facility solutions, announced that its subsidiary ABM Franchising Group, LLC, has signed a franchise agreement with Serviparamo, an experienced mechanical contracting company in Colombia. Serviparamo increases ABM’s existing presence in South America.
ABM Franchising Group, a portfolio of franchise networks that deliver mechanical and electrical service and preventive maintenance solutions to commercial, industrial, and residential buildings, consists of four franchise brands: Linc Service, GreenHomes America, TEGG, and CurrentSAFE. Serviparamo will operate under the Linc Service franchise brand, specializing in meeting the mechanical service needs of clients across multiple markets - from commercial office buildings, educational institutions, and hotels to industrial facilities, retail centers, and hospitals.

Headquartered in Barranquilla, Colombia, Serviparamo currently has 600 employees, a total of eight offices throughout Colombia, an office in Peru, and plans to expand into Chile. Serviparamo was first established in 1975 as an independent company, providing corrective and preventive maintenance services and technical support to the major brands of air conditioning in the market. The company has since grown as a mechanical service provider and has expanded their service offerings to include building design, calculation, and engineering, equipment retrofits and replacements, and energy management and efficiency programs.
