ABM’s Bundled Energy Solutions Program is designed as a financial solution to meet clients’ technical facility needs and sustainability goals. For ABM, the goal is to drive costs out of a client’s operating budget, allowing savings to be reallocated to fund mission critical facility needs.

Energy and facility upgrades to be made throughout Franklin City’s three schools include: installing new high-efficiency LED lights and occupancy control devices, reducing the amount of energy wasted by inefficient lighting; replacing and retro commissioning heating and cooling equipment with state-of-the-art systems, providing more fresh air to the schools and improving humidity control; replacing out of commission kitchen equipment; and upgrading building automation controls, allowing for more convenient operation and better management of energy used.
