Bachman’s, Inc. is celebrating the 60th Anniversary of their founding by Richard Q. Bachman on October 1st. Bachman’s, Inc. was one of the first mechanical services contractor in Cincinnati to offer HVAC maintenance agreements and is the only contractor in the Greater Cincinnati metro area chosen to represent the international Linc Service franchise network, a brand of ABM Franchising Group.

In 2003, Linc Service, a franchise brand that provides facilities with preventive HVAC service and energy solutions, recruited Bachman’s, Inc. to join its international franchise network by exclusively representing the Greater Cincinnati, tri-state, metro area. Generally, only 1 in 100 mechanical contractors meet Linc Services’ standards of excellence required to represent the brand.

During the conflict in Iraq, Bachman’s, Inc. sent a box full of gaming systems to the 3rd Battalion, 7th Field Artillery Regiment to help soldiers find an escape from their long days of service.
