ABM (NYSE:ABM), a leading provider of integrated facility solutions, announced that Superior Mechanical, Inc. has signed a franchise agreement to join the Linc Service network. Superior Mechanical, Inc. is a leading provider of mechanical contracting services throughout North Carolina with clients in several surrounding states as well.
ABM Franchising Group, a subsidiary of ABM Industries Incorporated, offers a portfolio of franchise networks that deliver mechanical and electrical service and preventive maintenance solutions to commercial, industrial, and residential buildings. ABM Franchising Group consists of four franchise brands: Linc Service, GreenHomes America, CurrentSAFE and TEGG. Superior Mechanical, Inc. will operate under the Linc Service franchise brand, specializing in meeting the mechanical service needs of commercial and industrial clients.

Joe Millikan established Superior Mechanical, Inc. in 1986 as a residential HVAC and mechanical services contractor. In less than 30 years, the company has expanded its capabilities to provide service, installation and design build services for residential, commercial and industrial clients.
