ABM Franchising Group, LLC announced its
franchise brand, Linc Service,, and franchisee, Total Comfort Solutions, were
named among Franchise Business
Review’s Rockstar Franchisees of 2017.
ABM Franchising Group, a
subsidiary of ABM Industries Incorporated, is a portfolio of
franchise networks that deliver comprehensive mechanical and electrical service
and preventive maintenance solutions to commercial, industrial, and institutional
buildings. The franchising group consists of two franchise brands: Linc Service and TEGG.
To identify the 2017
Rockstar Franchisees, Franchise Business Review reviewed data from over 30,000
franchisees, representing 340 brands that have participated in their franchisee
satisfaction research within the past 18 months. Franchises were evaluated
based on five key metrics: 1) high franchisee satisfaction, 2) strong
management team, 3) proof of concept in multiple markets, 4) clean review of
the franchise disclosure document and 5) solid financial performance as well as
a good opportunity for franchisee return on investment. The 41 franchisees

Linc Service franchisee,
Total Comfort Solutions, received the honor of
being selected as a 2017 Rockstar Franchisee because of their success as a
franchise since 1989. Franchise owner, Todd Hyneman, began working for Total
Comfort Solutions after the company had joined the Linc Service franchise
network. Total Comfort Solutions only had one franchise at the time when
Hyneman was entrusted with starting up another franchise. He credits Linc
Service’s proven, repeatable system for making the process more manageable and
sustainable.
Today, Total Comfort
Solutions has five franchise locations located across South Carolina and eastern
Georgia. The company provides solutions to all industries with a specialization
in mid- to large-sized facilities in the healthcare, industrial, technology,
institutional, and office markets. The Linc Service system allows the company
to focus on building long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with their
clients and improve their clients’ bottom line by reducing the money they spend
to own and operate their HVAC equipment. Most recently, Total Comfort Solutions
location in Augusta, Georgia won Linc Service’s annual “Achieving Contractor
Excellence Award” for their implementation of the franchise system and their
outstanding business performance in 2016.
