Linc Service Franchise Network Expands in New York City and Long Island Areas

The PAR Group, signed a franchise agreement to join its
Linc Service franchise network. The Par Group is a leading provider of mechanical service contracting in the New York City and Long Island areas.
Based in Lynbrook, NY, The PAR Group is a fourth-generation, family-owned business that has been providing a wide range of services for its clients, including HVAC maintenance, service and repairs, and installations and retrofitting across New York City and Long Island for nearly 100 years.
The PAR Group employs more than 250 technicians, including 20 Local 638B Union HVAC technicians, and operates a fleet of more than 85 vehicles. Its four divisions – PAR Plumbing, PAR Heating & Air Conditioning, PAR Fire Protection and PAR Green Solutions – operate as autonomous business units. As projects have grown in scale and complexity, the PAR Group’s four divisions have come together to provide their clients with solutions to meet their needs.
