Linc Service Franchise Network Expands in South Florida
ABM Franchising Group, LLC, a subsidiary of ABM Industries Incorporated, a leading provider of facility solutions, announced that Weathertrol Maintenance Corp., has signed an agreement to join its Linc Service franchise network. Weathertrol Maintenance Corp., is a leading full-service provider of mechanical contracting in South Florida. Linc Service is a franchise brand of ABM Franchising Group.

Founded in 1969, Weathertrol Maintenance Corp. began as a small HVAC service and repair company to serve South Florida. As the demand for HVAC services grew, the company began providing service and equipment for commercial and industrial facilities. It also expanded to help clients implement and manage large-scale construction and installation projects, and retrofits and systems engineering.
Weathertrol Maintenance Corp. prides itself as a complete, turnkey mechanical services company, providing a full range of services, including design, operation and maintenance, retrofitting, pipe fitting and controls.
